01
Can you actually deliver in 24 hours?
For most documents under 3,000 words, yes. The 24-hour service works for documents received before 14:00 on weekdays. We have handled same-day translation for documents up to 5,000 words when volume allows. For larger volumes, we give a realistic timeline during the initial briefing.
02
How do you ensure quality at speed?
Every translation, even express, goes through two linguists: the translator and a separate reviewer. We do not shortcut this step. What changes with speed is the coordination and prioritisation, not the quality process. We keep spare capacity specifically for express work.
03
What languages do you cover?
Our standard coverage includes all major European languages, plus Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Turkish, Russian and Polish. For 40+ languages in total. Less common language pairs are available with a slightly longer lead time for translator sourcing.
04
What file formats do you accept?
Word, PDF, PowerPoint, Excel, InDesign, HTML, XML, JSON, XLIFF, SRT, VTT and most major formats. Scanned documents can be processed but require an extra step for OCR. We return files in the same format unless you specify otherwise.
05
Is the Rush Rate pricing correct?
The Rush Rate is 39% above Standard Rate for the same scope. It reflects the cost of pulling in specialist translators with short notice, keeping capacity available for express work and prioritising your project above the regular queue.
06
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, for any project. We send a standard NDA on request, or we will sign your version. All translators we work with are contractually bound to confidentiality. Sensitive documents including legal and medical content are handled by translators with relevant background only.
