The constraints are different: character limits on buttons, dynamic content with variables, context-limited strings that are difficult to translate without seeing the UI, and terminology that has to be consistent across every interaction a user has with the product.
We work from XLIFF, JSON, PO and proprietary format files. We use CAT tools that preserve placeholders, variables and formatting codes. Translated files are returned ready for import. We can also work directly from your localisation platform if you use one.
